QUÉBEC CITY, Oct. 2, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ – The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19 in Québec show 1,052 new cases, bringing the total number of people infected to 76,273. No new death has occurred in the last 24 hours, but 6 deaths which have occurred between September 25 and September 30 and 1 death which has occurred before September 25 are added, for a total of 5,857. The number of hospitalizations increased by 27 compared to the previous day, for a cumulative total of 302. Among these, the number of people in intensive care increased by 3, for a total of 49. The samples conducted on September 30 amount to 30,948 for a total of 2,399,143.
