COVID-19 Pandemic update for September 23rd 2020 – The government presents its daily update

QUÉBEC CITY, Sept. 23, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ – The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19 in Québec show 471 new cases, bringing the total number of people infected to 69,088. Also, 1 death has occurred in the last 24 hours, to which is added 3 deaths which have occurred between September 16 and September 21, for a total of 5,809. The number of hospitalizations increased by 10 compared to the previous day, for a cumulative total of 178. Among these, the number of people in intensive care increased by 2, for a total of 30. The samples conducted on September 21 amount to 21,736 for a total of 2,136,944.
