Quebec police has issued an alert for two missing children. The siblings went missing yesterday at 8 pm from Levis, a city in eastern Quebec. The police are asking people to call 911 if they have information.
One of the children is an 11 year old girl, named Norah Carpentier. She is tall and thin, 5’2. Norah was last seen wearing a white cap and white Nike sandals.
Norah’s sister, Romy Carpentier, is also missing. Romy is 6 years old, 43 pounds and about 3 feet tall. She has brown hair and a beauty mark in the top of the forehead. The last time she was seen, she had heart-shaped earrings and red nail polish on both hands.
Police suspect that the children’s father, Martin Carpentier, has kidnapped them. Martin is 44 years old, 130 pounds, 5’10 tall, with a balding hairline. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt.
People should not approach Martin, the main suspect. Instead, they should call 911 immediately.
