One of the children is an 11 year old girl, named Norah Carpentier. She is tall and thin, 5’2. Norah was last seen wearing a white cap and white Nike sandals.

Norah’s sister, Romy Carpentier, is also missing. Romy is 6 years old, 43 pounds and about 3 feet tall. She has brown hair and a beauty mark in the top of the forehead. The last time she was seen, she had heart-shaped earrings and red nail polish on both hands.

Police suspect that the children’s father, Martin Carpentier, has kidnapped them. Martin is 44 years old, 130 pounds, 5’10 tall, with a balding hairline. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt.
